Windows Live 系列报道之 Windows Live Alerts 服务进入 Wave 3 状态

事实上，Windows Live Alerts 一直保持在 Wave 1 的状态相当长一段时间了，此次进入 Wave 3 状态，虽然功能上并未进行任何更新和改进，但是至少说明还有人管这个服务。在未来的 Windows Live Wave 4 中，还不清楚 Alerts 这个基础服务会做出怎么样的调整。
